Beginner Class
Please join any of the regular classes if you have already attended an introduction class and would like to continue to learn more. 
These classes will aim at increasing your understanding of meditation and teach you how to balance channels and energy centers through guided meditation sessions. While simple, this can bring a profound change in your mental, emotional and physical balance with continued daily practice using concepts you learn here.
 
All classes are free of charge and conducted voluntarily by experienced Sahaja Yoga practitioners.
